NOT the same as cheaper doll - THIS ONE HAS CLOTHES! ..understand what you are buying

This doll is fully clothed. The cheaper dolls (priced $20 and under) have painted clothing, hair, and others, except for the jacket. Most children enjoy the dressing and changing of clothing, so understand that this more expensive doll has all the CLOTHES, as the cheaper model does not. Awesome to have an option to buy less expensive doll, but the other reviews here are incorrect, it is NOT the same doll.

Awesome - for cheaper elsewhere

Kristoff is an awesome doll. He is wonderfully made and not like the other "prince" dolls. As mentioned in interviews, he has a bigger build and broader shoulders. (He does cut and transport ice blocks for a living) I definitely recommend him!

However, he is cheaper elsewhere. Yes, you can go to JC Penny or Target or anywhere, but those dolls are made FOR Disney. The ones from Disney Store - like this one - are made BY Disney. And yes, there is a difference. Disney is selling him at their full price of $16.95. And when they do a sale (like they are doing every monday in December) you can get him even cheaper. Please, do not get ripped off by people who took advantage of a sale and are now trying to take advantage of you.

A doll for boys

My son has two sisters and we found a way for them to play together. The quality is very good and it's big enough to not look anything like Poly Pockets. After recently seeing the movie they all love playing with their dolls.

Wait if you can!!

Just talked with someone at the Disney Store yesterday (12/28/13) and she told me they will be getting more Elsa dolls, but just not for another 1-2 months. Don't spend the money on the escalated price for these dolls unless you need it now!!!

Great doll, but buy it through the Disney store!!

$27? Can anyone say over priced? This doll is gorgeous but make your purchase through the Disney Store!! It's only $16.95 there! And they do a ton of deals with buying dolls. Don't spend close to $30 here!!

Be careful of which doll you are ordering!

I purchased this doll through Disney before the movie came out. It is beautiful! But I have 2 granddaughters and so wanted to purchase another. The Disney store is now sold out and the others being sold through various stores for $12 etc. is not this original. Those have the painted on, above the waist, clothes. SO BEWARE! So I bit the bullet and paid the extra through Amazon so both girls will be happy at Christmas. To be sure, the Disney sticker should be in the upper left hand corner of the packaging.

hard to find

I bought this doll as a gift, before seeing the movie. I knew Hans was a main character, but did not know he was actually a villain. That is part of the reason he is not offered for sale in most stores. Also, it is a quality doll that doll lovers would love for that reason alone. Although it cost much more than the other Frozen dolls, it made a little girl very happy & will probably be a collectible some day.

We actually got this doll a day earlier than I thought. Once my kids opened it up from the package, they shrieked. So lifelike and such great quality. Now if I can just find a reasonably priced Olaf the Snowman doll. :)

Beautiful Doll

Anna is absolutely beautiful! I bought this doll for my 5yr old grandaughter and she loves her. The doll is durable as is the outfit and very nice quality. I'm sure she will last for quite awhile.

My kid loves it

I did not realize my daughters will want these Ana and Elsa dolls for Christmas, because they did not mentioned it, even though they really loved the movie, I did not even thought about it, they got other dolls, but as soon as we went to Disneyland they started asking for these Ana, Elsa and Olaf dolls, I went and find these in Amazon and they loved them.

Cute Doll!

My daughter loves her... My only recommendation would be for kids to be careful removing her tiara. A flimsy plastic band is all that holds it on her head, and if it snaps then her tiara won't say on.

Doll is great

This Magiclip doll is very nice - the dresser on the other hand is very flimsy (legs) and the mirror keeps falling off - I would glue it on but I don't think the legs are going to last very long so will probably have to throw it away.

My kids LOVE Magiclips

My uncle bought my girls their first MagicClip dolls 2 years ago. They just love them, still to this day. And yes, have acquired more...the dresses are easy for them to put on and much much better than other tiny doll clothing because they arent as tiny and dont get lost as easily. So we saw Frozen, the girls loved the movie, and are getting some of these for the holidays.

My nieces love it and spend hours playing with this toy. It has small parts not recommended for little ones but apart from that it is an adorable toy.

Fun and durable

My 3 year old daughter love it. We got her Anna and Elsa, she loves changing their dresses with MagiClip. We are going to buy Disney Princess Little Kingdom Magiclip 7-Doll to complete the collection. These dolls are worry and mess free, no dirty dress, no tangled hair, hard plastic and durable. I bought it at Toys R'Us for $6.

my daughter loves elsa , but I bought mine last night at Walmart for 5 bucks so for 15 dollars for this very tiny doll that will end up breaking you are getting horribly ripped off. just hold off and watch Walmart they get new shipments in all the time.

A little-girl toy win!

Not only does our little girl love this, the MagiClip is a slick way for a young one to switch dresses in roughly 10-15 seconds! Even the littlest of kids will find it easy to squeeze the dress to pull the doll out and put it in the other dress. I call it an easy-to-play-with big win for little kids! Besides that, what little girl having seen Frozen can resist this little Disney princess?

Prettier than expected, and fun outfit
For once the doll that arrived looks better than the doll pictured on Amazon. As far as the quality of the doll and make-up, Mattel NEVER measures up to the quality of the Disney store versions, but this is actually quite a pretty doll. The prototype photos shown for the sample on Amazon have a more flat-faced look than this doll actually has. Anna's made up to look more like the concept art of Frozen as opposed to the actual movie.
The biggest plus of this doll over the Disney store version is that this has an interactive outfit of the 'ball gown' that Anna wears in the movie. The dress is fully removable (not molded on like the other Mattel doll), and is made up of fairly decent material for a Mattel product (the top is a cottony rayon, the gold trim is securely sewn on, and the olive green part of the bottom is a stiff taffeta). The 'paintable' part is made up of a kind of rain-slicker material, and warm water will reveal the pattern. The water wand is pleasantly neat...

As was the case for Anna, the Elsa doll that arrived looks better than the doll pictured on Amazon. Again, as far as the quality of the doll and make-up, Mattel NEVER measures up to the quality of the Disney store versions, and while I really don't like the look of this doll compared to even the Mattel Anna, this is actually quite a pretty doll. The prototype shown on Amazon has a more vapid and flat-faced look than this doll actually has. Elsa is made up to look more like the concept art of Frozen as opposed to the actual movie.
While the hair and make-up is not as authentic or cool as the Disney Store doll, this doll has a fun interactive outfit of the coronation dress from the movie. The dress is fully removable (not molded on like the other Mattel doll), and is made up of fairly decent material for a Mattel product (the black turtleneck is a cottony rayon, the gold trim is securely sewn on, and the dark blue part of the bottom is a relatively supple taffeta). Great gift -- looks just like the picture

Very fun doll that has a little something extra than the typical "Barbie Doll." Not terribly expensive but pretty doll that any little girl would love. Highly recommend this product.

worth it!

I know there are other Anna dolls out there that cost a little less, but this doll is worth it! The lesser priced dolls have parts of their clothing that is actually plastic and painted onto the doll. That kind of takes the fun out for a little girl who wants to dress her doll in different dresses! This doll also comes with the mittens, hat, and cape. So not only does she have a nice dress but she has accessories too! I'm very glad I ordered this doll instead of getting a cheeper one!

I got it for a gift for my niece and had my sister check it out, and she was very impressed with it compaired to the dolls we had seen in the stores with the painted on clothes!

Comparison

Absolutely gorgeous doll - but they have a version made by what seems to be the exact same manufacturer (just missing a few minor accessories) for eight bucks at j c penny right now. Take a look and compare. Both are better than the Mattel version.

Disney Store has this SAME DOLL for $16.95. Don't waster your money. It's hard to imagine who prices these things.

Watch Disney Frozen Olaf Doll Full Movie Stream Online Free

Very Cute!
In Disney's Frozen, Olaf is a snowman that Elsa creates for her little sister Anna. Elsa pretends by moving Olaf's stick arms and saying, "My name is Olaf and I like warm hugs!" Later when they are grown up and Elsa has left Arendelle so that she doesn't hurt anyone, in a burst of freedom to use her magic, Elsa re-creates Olaf. This time, however, he's alive, and when Anna comes across him looking for her sister, she recognizes the Olaf from her happy childhood with Elsa. Olaf helps Anna find Elsa, and sings an adorable song about wanting to experience summer (not understanding that he'd melt).

Olaf is a good size for the 12" - 16" fashion dolls and is made of hard plastic. When you push the sticks on top of his head, his eyes spin and mouth opens and closes and you end up with a different expression each push. It's very cute and frenetic and just like sweet, silly Olaf in the movie. You can also push a button on the body and have his head pop off to reenact scenes...

Has not been opened but looks wonderful!

Was able to snag this for 7.99. My daughter loves Olaf and everything related to Frozen. Its a Christmas gift so I have not taken it out of the package yet, but through the package you are able to pay with a bit. If you press down on the sticks as his hair it changes his eyes and expression, its very cute. Can't wait to open it and play with it further. I only wish it talked!!

ETA: Its been several days since my daughter got this, and she adores it. It has gotten a ton of play since Christmas and seems very durable.

Great toy

My son received a plush Olaf for Christmas and it broke in one day. I returned it and we looked online for one and this one had the best reviews. I ordered it and am so glad I did. My son loves it. This Olaf comes apart and has different facial expressions. He is very sturdy. My two year old has put it to the test. It was worth it.

n the Disney film Frozen, Elsa brings the lovable snowman, Olaf, to life with her magical powers. Now girls can also bring him to "life" with this delightful snowman figure. Just like in the movie, Olaf falls apart, with a head that pops off and removable arms. Rearrange his parts however you want to build your own snowman. Watch Disney Frozen Elsa Toddler Doll Full Movie Stream Online Free

Pretty doll that the kiddos enjoy

This doll follows suit with the other Disney dolls of it's type. Hard bodied with limbs that move and hair that can be combed. Elsa is a pretty doll and her clothes look sew together nicely. Olaf is a bonus that the kids love.

The kids don't seem to mind but the hair on this doll looks a little greasy, especially when taken out from the original braid.. My daughter has been combing and combing her hair and so far it looks like she is holding up very well. She hasn't lost but a few strands of hair through all the combing and styling.

The most important thing is that the kids seem to really enjoy her. She has joined the rest of our Disney toddler dolls for tea parties and play dates.

Adorable Elsa doll

My daughter received this as a gift for Christmas. The doll is beautiful and a good representation of Elsa, the snow queen from the movie Frozen. The doll's hair is in a cute braid- there are a few loose strands that are a bit stiff (on purpose). The crown and shoes fall off fairly easily but that's pretty typical of these type of dolls. She comes with a small brush also.

The doll comes with a small plastic Olaf snowman. It's cute and a nice bonus. My daughter absolutely loves this doll already because she is a big Elsa/Frozen fan. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Excellent doll!

This is a doll that my daughter is so happy to get from me. Aside from its sturdy construction, the mini Olaf figure, accompanying brush and great packaging, I'm pleased with it.

So far no complaints from my daughter so none here!

Cheaper quality, but OK

I am a bit disappointed with this doll. It looks very cheap. The dress is painted on the doll, except for the skirt. I will be buying the one from the disney store instead because it has a nice dress and better quality. My daughter probably wouldn't care, since she loved the movie so much.

The top of Elsa's dress is painted on. My Granddaughter didn't want her. I returned the doll and purchased the sisters and Kristoff from The Disney Store fully clothed with fabric. My Granddaughter is thrilled with them.

Warning: the "dress" is painted on!

I would not have purchased this item if the description warned us that the top of her dress is painted on(arms & torso!). Even now that I know how it's made, it's difficult to tell from the image shown. Disappointed.

Kristoff's upper body has clothes that are painted on, instead of natural arms which a child can re-dress.....(something that children love to do) When doll is undressed he has painted arms. If your child loves these characters and plays with them, buy them from the, " Disney store", (cost a few dollars more but worth it) for much better quality thus more fun for the children. My child and I received the, "Anna" and "Elsa", dolls from Amazon (which is my biggest supplier) and the whole upper bodies are painted with rubber paint. My 4 yr. old didn't want then. She noticed right away that the clothes could not come off as she looked in the box. The dolls are beautiful but they are DRESSED CHEAPLY! She said ,"I don't like them now". She is 4. She loves to re-dress Barbie's and baby dolls.She wanted to do the same with this collection.

I bought the Frozen Kristoff doll for my granddaughter for Christmas. It is beautiful and a wonderful buy. She loves it and was so surprised since she just saw the movie.

GET THE OTHER ONE

To much plastic. Not enough real clothing. Description said gloves are included..NO GLOVES ARE INCLUDED. Not happy with this item.
