Poor packaging/handling
When this arrived, about half the packaging was opened--the top had pulled away from the backing, making it look like I've purchased a returned item. It's disappointing since this is to be a Christmas present for my niece. Thankfully, none of the items inside had come loose or shifted. Other than the packaging, I'm sure my niece will be excited about it.
